Shipping a car is terrifying! Who do you trust? I read many reviews and chose to work with Ship A Car Direct because of their very high ratings in user generated reviews. You can't fake that many consistent reviews! The customer service with Jason was consistent and positive from beginning to end - from e-mail correspondence to phone conversations all were helpful and productive. The initial shipping estimate was quickly countered by a truck leaving Colorado with a speedy delivery schedule to San Francisco. I accepted the countered rate, my car was picked up the next morning and delivered even faster than I could have imagined. The carriers were good communicators as well (not as good as Jason, but good). The car was delivered in good condition and the drivers were friendly and helpful too. It was an overall positive experience!
