The vehicle was picked up on one of our preferred dates, after only a few days after placing the order. Very happy about that, because we didn't have to stress about it. Emily always kept us informed about what was happening and Dispatch also sent us valuable information to better educate us on how the shipping process works. We had never done this before, so that was very helpful. The transport company called us in advance of picking up the vehicle, which gave us time to make sure we were there. They were careful about loading up the vehicle and when received on the other end it was in perfect condition. They gave us a one day advance notice prior to delivery, setting a time for the delivery. That was great. It eliminated any guesswork with us. While we are receiving a nominal credit back from Ship A Car Direct for submitting this review, everything in here is truthful. We would definitely use their service again.
