Ship a Car Direct was extremely helpful when assisting in shipping my car. They answer all questions asked and gave detail information on how the process was going to happen. Everything went well until the shipping company deliver car. I did not received a BOL during delivery which affected me. The car was delivered with a chip in the windshield which was found a couple days later. Without the BOL, I was not aware of the company's claiming policy of 24 hrs. When contacted the driver, poor customer service was given as he claimed that it was impossible for windshield to crack.
I will suggest ship-a-car-direct any given time but the shipping company not so much.
Here is an idea for ship-a-car-direct, have a copy of a blank BOL of any shipping company they are working with and send it to customer just to be familiar with it. thanks.
