It was initially difficult for them to commit to a pickup date. I made it incredibly clear which dates it could be picked up and when my car needed to arrive. Since they couldn't commit I went with another company who gave me even more of a headache, so last minute, I came back to this company. Within 2 days of coming back, my car was picked up. Kay was very helpful to me and was very on top of everything. The man I was dealing with before was much less helpful.
