Although the pick up time was slightly late I was very satisfied with the process and the emails that were sent to me were very helpful. I was able to pack more than the allowed weigh in my car after the carrier agreed. My car was delivered within a reasonable amount of time an in the condition I left it. My only problem with the process is that it was expensive.
