In all honesty this is my first time having a car transported via truck and given the number of scam artists on the internet I was more than nervous. I did my fair share of checking out ShipACarDirect.com and all seemed well, but I still had a measure of trepidation. Then I was contacted by Emily. Simply put she is awesome! And truth be told she was patient as I had my fair share of questions. I would recommend this service solely based on my experience with her.

But what about the actual driver and the transport company, as ShipACarDirect.com is just the broker? The company, Sunshine Transport LLC, seemed fair and honest and was good at communication as there were a few unforeseen (mechanical and weather related) situations. The folks from the office that contacted me were prompt, honest and courteous in their communications. The driver was another story. A good family friend was there in FL and said that the driver was both courteous and professional. Daniel, the driver was outstanding at keeping me updated as to the estimated delivery time (date) as there were several issues along the way, including weather and mechanical issues. When it came to actually pick up the car in RI Daniel was flexible with the location as I had a hard commitment. He was so polite and professional. When I met him he was very conscientious and extremely professional. I would use this company again if I could have Daniel as the driver, he was that impressive. In short I would characterize Daniel as courteous, a man of integrity, polite and professional.

And yes I am getting a small rebate for submitting a review but believe me I am being totally honest and candid. Being dishonest isn't worth a hundred times what I getting for a rebate.
