The driver kept in constant contact with me as the vehicle got closer to me so we were able to coordinate and he was willing to change drop-off locations with no problem. Originally I wanted him to bring the vehicle to my home, but then decided I'd prefer him to drop it off at my mechanic's. He changed locations and arrived on time and there was no damage to my vehicle when it arrived.
