I selected this company based on reviews. My personal experience was very different. They picked up the car 1 day late and delivered my car 7 days later. After I received my car, there was no visual damage in exterior. But when I drover my car, I heard very noisy sound and it turns out that my muffler pipe underneath of my car was bent. I am claiming payback but I am not sure I will get the money back. They only call you very quickly whenever they need to discuss about the money. Do not use this company.
