This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle. Although, I did have some trouble at the initial pickup,a Ship-A-Car-Direct representative was always available for me to call. The gentleman who picked up my vehicle was late and very rude so I did call and complain about my initial experience with pick-up and they took action and talked to the carrier and made sure the rest of the experience went smoothly. All and all it was a good experience, and I would use this company again to ship my vehicle.
