Like most people who use the internet to learn about shipping a car, I was immediately confused about the "best" choice. My usual search terms did not produce an easy choice and the method of a moving company contracting with private carriers was unusual and a little unsettling. But the car needed moving so a choice needed to be made. I chose Ship-a-Car-Direct. I was soon emailed by Emily once I had submitted my information and she was excetionally competent, anticipated my questions, and was prompt in getting back to me.

Her selection of Yuri, for whom English was not his first language, was as polite and professional a carrier as you could want and worked with my schedule to deliver the car. I told him my mother (the recipient of the car) was elderly and would need the car delievered to her door and in the same condition I was sending it!

All this was accomplished according to the schedule they provided and Emily even sent me an email after the car was picked up to let me know "that I was not all alone just because the car was gone." Hard to find that level of committment.
