Car was just extremely dirty on delivery and pick up was one day late. Kay was very helpful throughout the process. She was a great contact person for any question we had and always kept us up to date. I do wish there was better communication about the date and time if pick up and delivery. We had someone else doing this for us and it made it very difficult to make arrangements for them.
