This is the most responsive transport company that I have ever used. Many of the other ones were slow to respond. I had constant communication with Dale. He would send emails just to be sure everything was on track. Even though they give you $30.00 to fill out this survey, it has no impact on my review. I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct due to their strong communication and follow through. There price was at the higher end, but well spent.
