We chose this company from ratings & reviews on the Internet. David was extremely helpful & very prompt in returning/responding to phone calls/emails. He made it easy to understand exactly what to expect & delivered what we asked for & what he had promised. Everything flowed well even though he would be dealing with me on some days & our daughter on other days. The driver was prompt & courteous. The carrier did ask, after arriving in CA, that the car be picked up from their warehouse instead of them bringing it to the airport rental car return area. This worked fine though as they paid for the taxi from the airport to the warehouse. The only negative thing was we had to drive to meet the transport carrier instead of him being willing to drive to the car location - he wanted to charge additional to come to us. It was quite honestly a very good experience.
