Overall, I am very satisfied with the service that Ship A Car Direct provided and continued attention that Adam had throughout the process. His emails were not repetitive/spamlike for the most part. Those were all informative emails. The only suggestion/critique I have is the line of communication between the driver and customer. I understand that with this business, it is very hard to give an exact date. It is very likely that the pick up date or drop off date will change. However, customers need to be updated every time if there are any changes. We do have plans, especially, while moving, every second counts and we cannot just sit and wait. That is the only complaint/suggestion/critique. Otherwise, very good service!
