The cost to transport my 2010 Jetta was very reasonable. I appreciated the expertise in planning the pickup. I was also glad to receive the phone number of the driver to determine the time he would be at my location. The pickup was scheduled for morning and picked up later in the evening. I would have been more comfortable at that time in the process if someone was calling me with updates versus me having to call the driver. The driver was very nice and professional otherwise. My vehicle was scheduled to be delivered 6 days later, however I received a call from the driver advising that the truck had mechanical trouble and was being fixed in Kansas. I was appreciative of the update, which allowed me time to make other plans for transportation. My vehicle was then delivered in a friendly and professional manner at the new time scheduled. The exterior was dusty, but no damage to my knowledge. I would certainly consider using this company again based on my experience.
