Overall, great experience. I was very weary of the car transport business. Brokers are usually very aggressive & will promise you anything, but usually fall short. Matt was my customer svc. rep. with Ship a Car Direct and I was all over him to make sure eveyrthing was ok because of my bad experience in the past. I will ship with this company again and I won't be so skeptical next time! Matt has restored my trust.
