Ship a Car Direct and my main contact, Adam, connected me to ET Transport and a driver named Calin.
Once the pick-up date and the deposit were taken care of, I received a call a few days later from the transporter company, ET Transport. The driver Calin arranged with me to have my car picked up from NYC earlier than the scheduled date, which was fine by me. It arrived in LA 5 days later.
Adam from Ship a Car was communicative throughout the transaction, checking in occasionally to make sure everything was ok.
Shipping a car cross-country is stressful and a hassle, but that's unavoidable. Ship a Car's good communication relieved some of that anxiety. I would do business with them again and would recommend them to friends.
Though Ship a Car offered a small rebate for writing this review, I attest to the honesty of this account.
