The vehicle carrier was very informative and kept in contact with me throughout the process and was flexible on the pick up times as we were in the middle of a cross country move. The broker was good at communicating with me, however I am just not sure that it was worth the extra cost to use a broker as all they did was put me into contact with the carrier. If I couldn't find a carrier directly for my next move, I would use these guys. Also, there guarantee was a big thing for me. Luckily there was no damage and I didn't have to use it, but just knowing that I had it made a difference.

Thank you for your feedback, Melissa. And first time shippers may also be wondering about the broker process. There are about 7500 carrier options out there and only about 100 are as good as the folks we vetted for you. But of course, if you want to find a hauler without a broker (and without our Damage Free guarantee) next time, that is certainly your right.
