The company representative, Jason, was very professional and honest. He kept me well informed of the status of the vehicle pick up and delivery. Also, the transport drivers were extremely nice and helpful when picking up my car and delivering it to its destination. I have had a lot of bad experiences with auto transport companies, and was happy to finally have a great experience with Ship a Car Direct.
