I had a car shipped from California to Michigan on an open carrier. Ship a car direct had mixed reviews on line, but I decided to proceed after reviewing their website and speaking with David. Everything was clear and the process was straightforward. The actual transport company (Auto Line Express) arrived on time to pick up the car and they provided good customer service. The car was delivered 2 days early with no apparent damage. The cost of the transport was $825 which was one of the lower quotes that I found online. Overall it was a good experience and David did a good job of following up with me to ensure that everything was going well. I would use ship a car direct again! 401068-RQ.
