The carrier assigned initially was not a one-stop, but when I made it clear that it was what I preferred, Tom was very prompt in finding another one who was. Just make sure you ask exactly what you want or need, don't assume they will know what you need or are comfortable are... and once the carrier is assigned, research them a bit ... I prefer independent guys, but larger companies are ok too.
