I had some trepidation in using a shipping company to transport my car from Michigan to California, but I am happy to say that Ship A Car Direct exceeded all my expectations. Matt was up-front and responsive throughout the entire process. In contrast to other companies that I had contacted, Matt was never dishonest with me about Ship A Car Direct's prices or policies. Additionally, he responded to all my questions and concerns, even during weekend hours. My car arrived on time with no damage to it or my luggage. The actual pick-up and delivery went very smoothly with no issues. In sum, I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone who is looking to transport a car across the country.
