This was my first time doing any type of auto transport. Once I learned that there is ONE central dispatch for the entire USA the whole operation made sense. The key is getting the right brokerage company that offers good customer service from the start, and all the way through the whole process to the point of after the car is delivered. Some one there to help out if anything goes sideways!!
Ship a car Direct is that broker. They are GREAT! They explained it all, and shipping cars can be confusing. If you don't see eye to eye with a carrier you can request a different one. Tom was in contact with me to make sure all was going smoothly through out the whole process with good recommendations of things to do to make it all go well. I had emails, and phone numbers to call on at all times. I ended up using Higgins Auto Transport and they did a stellar job too.
Who ever you may use, always read the contract and terms.
Save time and headaches and use ship-a-car-Direct. I highly recommend them!
