Like most, we were nervous to transport a vehicle, especially a brand new car. Our decision to go with this company was the straight forward information we received from our inside rep. Some of the other companies had poor phone service or spent too much time bagging on their competitors.
The videos and constant email communications were very helpful when making our decision. Although it took sometime to find a carrier, ship a car direct used inside incentive to secure our transport with the carrier. The entire experience from there went smooth without any problems. I would definitely recommend this ship a car direct to anyone.
