Dale was very prompt responding to my calls and emails and explained everything clearly. A carrier was assigned the day after I called, and he was even able to pick up my car earlier than requested when my schedule suddenly changed. The car was picked up on a Sunday in Georgia and arrived in California the following Thursday safe and sound, including the 100lbs of clothing that the driver let me put in the trunk. The whole process was very smooth, and it made my cross-country move so smooth!

**TIP** The drivers prefer cash upon dropoff, so if you are moving to another state, make sure you plan ahead. Since it was in another part of the country, I called my bank the day before so that they could increase my daily withdraw limit and they'd know not to flag the large cash withdraw. My carrier arrived several days earlier than I expected, so it was a good thing I notified them early. Put it on your to-do list when you get to your new state!
