Ship-A-Car Direct was EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!! David was my customer service representative and he kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process, he was easily accessible via phone and email. The company’s online website and videos were extremely helpful and informative with various scenarios which could be encountered before, during and after the shipping process. I contacted David several days before I needed my vehicle shipped and he was able to secure a carrier within 24-36 hours of our conversation.

United Auto Carrier transported my vehicle and the driver was courteous and professional. He picked up the vehicle on the day and time (Sunday, between 1-4pm) he said he would and delivered my vehicle on Thursday a day earlier than its expected arrival (Friday) which was fantastic!! The vehicle was transported from the West Coast to the East Coast and arrived without any damage, just as it was when the driver picked it up. The process was simple, quick and hassle free and I would not hesitate to use this company again. In fact, I have already scheduled my 2nd vehicle to be shipped as I write this review. I cannot reiterate the ease and peace of mind shipping with Ship-A-Car Direct provided.
