I found the Ship a Car Direct representative pleasant, helpful, & easy to deal with. She explained, on phone & by e-mails, the car shipping process, including cost/time considerations, preparing the car & documenting its condition, & protecting my interests when dealing with the car carrier. The FAQs & short videos on the website answered many of my questions. On delivery, the car carrier tried to hurry me in checking the condition of my car & signing the release paper, but I took as much time as I needed.
