Had a great experience with Dale at Ship a Car Direct - had to ship my Honda accord from NJ to IL.
They got me booked in with a good carrier (Band of Brothers Trucking LLC) and I was very pleased with their performance - they showed up when they said they would and had good communication.
Car shipping is definitely a crazy business - not the most transparent and it also depends on individual things. I think the Dale team did a great job and helped make sure my car cross state safely and quickly.
Overall excellent service by Dale in guiding me with the Do's & Dont's and I am very pleased with his service.
