Ship a Car Direct totally exceeded my expectations! My Father passed in December and left his car to me. 99 Ford Explorer, not a beauty but it was "MY DADS". I needed to get the car from Florida to Ohio and put my name out there for bids. Don't ever do that, huge mistake! I was bombarded with phone calls and emails from obvious crooks. Horrible experience! This scared me so that I just put it off for about 6 weeks. I read horror stories on the internet @ companies taking months to deliver, being overcharged and damage to cars. I then got my courage back up and approached the situation from a different angle. I found the top three rated companies and requested quotes from them only. Ship a Car Direct was not only the lowest quote but also the best rated. Still hesitant I waited another 3 weeks to place the order and my quote had expired by then. The new quote was a little higher that the original but that doesn't matter to me as the service en the was AWESOME! I placed my order online on Sunday afternoon and the car was on a transport in less than 24 hours. It was promised to me by Wednesday and as promised it was delivered on Wednesday. No communication problems, no extra money and no damage! Absolutely awesome experience! They are offering me a rebate for leaving this feedback, I would have left it anyways! Thank You Kay!
