The process to get my car shipped was fairly simple. I was in contact with Matt from Ship-A-Car-Direct and he was helpful. The car transport took 7 days instead of the usual 4-5 days due to heavy snowfall in the North east. There was no damage to the car and the guys who brought the car were professional (M.K Transportation).
One thing that i would have liked was for the car to be picked up and delivered during day time. The car was picked up in the evening and also delivered in the evening. I think if i had requested for pickup during day it may have been considered. In my situation i could not afford to delay any longer.
