Courteous and great communication by both Ship a Car Direct and the carrier, Element Auto Transport. Car was picked up and delivered a day early due to weather conditions along the route, which was very much appreciated by my wife who accepted the car in Virginia. Vehicle was delivered without a scratch and Matt at Ship a Car Direct stayed in touch throughout the entire process. I will use Ship a Car Direct again and would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for an auto shipper. Price, customer service, and communication were excellent.
