Ship-A-Car Direct is a great Vehicle transportation company. It removes the stress and frustration commonly associated with the process required to ship vehicles. As of this point, I have shipped two cars with this company and the experience with both has been remarkable. David was the customer service representative that handled both vehicles. He was not only professional but also informative as he kept me updated throughout the entire process. Also, he was easily accessible via phone and email.

The company’s online website and videos were extremely helpful and informative with various scenarios which could be encountered before, during and after the shipping process. I contacted David several days before I needed my vehicle shipped and he was able to secure a carrier for the exact departure date needed and for the initial quote he provided of $875.00. The vehicle was picked up on schedule and delivered exactly 7 days to the date without incident. The transport carrier was Rus-Al and the driver was knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. He provided his mobile cell phone number and advised me to contact him with any questions and or concerns while the vehicle was in route.

Again, I can’t state enough, how impressed and satisfied I am with Ship-A-Car Direct. If, in the future my personal or professional needs require vehicle transportation, I will not hesitate to use this company. In addition, I will recommend this company to family and friends should they require need of such services.
