My car was picked up on a evening in Newport Beach CA and was shipped to West Lafayette IN. The delivery of my car took approximately a week and was shipped with no damages. The driver had slight difficulty communicating through the phone but besides that it is all good.
The shipper meticulously inspected the car before accepting it for delivery. He picked the car up at night. In this situation, I would have preferred the car to be picked up during the day so it is better lit and better inspection/pictures can be taken right before the car is being loaded to the truck. However, the shipped used a flash light to inspect due to the darkness in the evening. Pictures were taken for assurance but this would probably have been better if it was in the day.
In general, the experience is positive and I would use this service again.
