I was very nervous to ship my car from Florida to California. The move was stressful enough and then I began to read horrible reviews and get inflated quotes from many companies. I found ship a car direct and it had mostly positive reviews so I decided to go for it. They sent me a very reasonable quote and everything was included. They did not try and charge me any hidden fees. Dale was upfront with me about everything and answered all my questions. Everything he said was true and he did not try to oversell me. I even emailed him a few more questions and he responded very promptly. I had very specific dates as I needed my car to arrive the same day as I arrived in California as I needed it for my new job. My first transportation company had some last minute cancellations and Dale called me to tell me they would not be able to pick up my car and did not try to sugar coat it and told me they would find another transporter and not to worry. He did just that. I was put in contact with my transport company Eretz and they came when they said they would to pick up my car and got as close to my house as possible. This was a Monday and I was arriving in California on Friday. They actually had my car ready for delivery to my address on Thursday before I even arrived. I explained I could not pick up my car that day and they did not give me a hard time and held it the extra day and delivered it to me on Friday as we had agreed upon. The dispatcher was kind about the situation and helpful. My car arrived with no damage, although it did have some dirt on it but that can be expected in transport and it just needed a good wash. Everything in the car was in good order and they parked my car for me right in front of my new california home. Overall a great experience - no hidden fees, no troubles and I had my car on-time for a reasonable price. Would use this company again. The $100 deposit I paid to them was worth the good service and safe arrival of my vehicle in a timely fashion.
