When faced with the challenge of bringing an old car, my first car, for the purpose of restoration from Colorado to Texas, my husband and I left no stone unturned. We knew the car would not be up for the drive. Although drivable, we did not want to challenge the car to make the trip. We looked into renting a truck and realized the mileage plus the approval to transport the older make and model, our lack of experience and the travel time needed would not make it a feasible option. My nephew told us about the car transports. He gave us the name of one he had used. I did my research and emailed 3 different companies. All 3 got back to me via computer generated emails but only David at Ship a Car Direct personally emailed me. He also called as a follow up. He was able to answer my questions and was also available for follow-up questions. He responded immediately to every email sent. I had my initial contact with David on a Monday and I had the car from Colorado to Texas the following Sunday. The whole process went much smoother than I expected. Customer service was excellent, the delivery was uneventful and the drivers were courteous. I would easily recommend Ship a Car Direct and would definitely use them again!
