Thank you for your feedback Karen. We are so very sorry you had a terrible experience, we expect much better service from our carriers. We have removed Speedy Auto from our roster. (And if any readers decide to use another brokerage based on this review, just be sure your transport isn't dispatched to Speedy Auto out of Spokane, WA - they are the worst.)
