I recently had Ship a Car Direct transport my Saturn Ion from WA to VA and was very satisfied with the service. Matt was very knowledgeable and the process was so simple a caveman (me in this case) could do it.

The carrier, Volk Transportation, was ready to retrieve the car before I was ready to ship it and my car arrived prior to when I had anticipated it. The driver was very helpful and went out of his way to complete the delivery by driving the car into our residential area and walking the 1/2 mile back to his truck (he was unable to drive his truck into our neighborhood). This helped immensely as my wife is 9 months pregnant.

The car arrived with no shipping-related damage.

I would recommend Ship a Car Direct and Volk Transportation to anyone needing their services.
