It was a pleasure working with both Matt from Ship a Car Direct and Richard from Edwards Family Transport, Inc. We were new to the process and they both took time to explain the logistics of the shipment of our car and answered any questions we had. The carrier Ship a Car Direct put us in touch with was timely and worked around our busy moving schedule to accommodate the best pick up and drop off dates and times. Our car was picked up on Monday morning in Boston, MA and was dropped off in the early afternoon on Friday in Hollywood, FL. Richard was very detailed in his description of old damages on the outside and inside of the vehicle. He also included a list of all the contents inside our car. The car arrived in great condition with no damages and not much dirt/dust from the trip. Richard took the time to unload our car at the entry gate and drive it over to our house, so as not to bring the entire truck into our development. Matt from Ship a Car Direct followed up with us through out the entire process and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. The total for our shipment was $725 and there were no additional charges at the end.
