We think knowing your carrier is important too - it sounds like you may have missed the initial dispatch notice we sent, which includes name and number of the carrier match and confirms the payment breakdown. You can also request that information directly from your sales rep. (Yours was Tom Miller - we tend to be friendly and casual, but last names are also available anytime.)
