When I start searching online, I had overwhelming soliciting phone calls immediately after I clicked Submit quote button. It was not easy to find a BBB and great rating broker until I found Ship a Car Direct. I liked the process very much. I was informed every step from quote to deliver the car by video or email or phone calls. The whole process was exceptional comparing with our previous experience. The quote was accurate, the dates were precise, the communication was excellent, everything was explained in great details. If I needed help, the service rep was always there 24/7. The whole process was perfect with lots of videos in emails. Ship a Car Direct only picks 25% of the best shippers with very reasonable pricing, $750 to ship a car from San Jose, CA to Chicago in four days. The only comment I can make is Ship a Car Direct is my only choice from now on.
