Overall had a great experience with Ship-a-car Direct. Tom was the person assigned to coordinate the transport of my vehicle from Chicago to Northern California. He was great to work with. He was honest, and walked be through the process several times. He would check in and let me know the status and got a very good carrier scheduled for my delivery.
Overall, Tom and Eagle Auto Transport were very professional. You read a lot about horror stories shipping cars across the country. My experience was great and I would highly recommend working with Tom and Ship-a-car Direct.
