I knew when I booked a car transport company it would be a tricky delivery as my daughter is in the Air Force and needed her car shipped. Knowing she was only available at certain times of the day made the move challenging. Also, being on a base complicates matters. Dave was great to work with, he walked me through the process and explained that if I needed a delivery on a certain day money talks. I was getting desperate, we had just 2 days left and he delivered. The cost was higher than I would have liked but the service was excellent. The driver arrived on time, at the wrong gate and worked with an Air Force employee to get to the correct point. Wonderful driver. The car was delivered on time, was off the truck when I arrived, no damage. A complete success story. Dave was very patient walking me through the process. Their videos are helpful also. He even offered for me to find another broker and explained what to look for as he was concerned he couldn't deliver. When I got the phone call at the end of the day, I was elated! You do get what you pay for, and now that I understand the business better, it was a seamless transaction. I also liked that he told us to take pictures of the car when the driver arrived to protect yourself. This company is looking out for their customers, I would definitely them again!!
