I found Ship-A-Car Direct online. I called the phone number and spoke with Matt. He was very thorough and understanding. I placed the call months in advance as I knew I only had a small window to get the car picked up in Arizona and brought back to NJ. Matt assured me that it would take place in that timeframe, and not to be alarmed because "months in advance is eons to the carriers".

He kept in touch periodically through emails to keep assuring me that he was still on this transaction. Around two weeks before we spoke and again Matt assured me we would be hearing from a carrier shortly. I was contacted about a week before the scheduled date. The carrier was kind and polite. He actually picked up the jeep a day before it was scheduled and that I thought was great. Rather have it early than late because I knew I needed the jeep back in NJ shortly. The jeep arrived a day before scheduled and all was fine.

I have heard horrendous stories about carriers and I was nervous. It worked out exactly as Matt said it would. Thank you Matt and everyone involved.
