We did some research before selecting a company to assist us in moving our car across the country. It took a while to figure out that the way this business works is through a broker who finds you the actual trucking company that will carry your car. We considered not using a broker, since it does add to the cost, but decided that the help in identifying and interfacing with a reliable trucking company was worth it. We are glad we made the choice to go with Ship A Car Direct and were comfortable with the cost of approximately $1100 for the whole process, which was comparable to other bids. We needed arrangements to be made quickly and they found us a trucking company and got us scheduled with just a few days turn around time. Scott sent coaching e-mails throughout the process that helped us understand the process and manage it easily. The service was friendly and courteous throughout. All went well and our car arrived safe and sound. The whole thing took a little over two weeks from start to finish- a good experience all around.
