My car was successfully transported from New York to Colorado in great condition, by this company. David, at Ship A Car Direct was helpful every step of the way. He sent links to company videos about how to ensure success with all parts of the process, as well as contacting us online and by phone daily.
The driver who picked up and delivered my car made contact with us each day, was courteous and even delivered the car a day earlier than expected.
I initially contacted Ship A Car Direct because I had been doing web searches for this transport and saw many negative reviews of other companies. What initially convinced me to contract with Ship A Car Direct was the fact that they vetted their drivers and transport companies so well, as evidenced by their statement that they reject most transport companies, and their positive reviews. I also liked all of the videos that they have posted walking the newbie through the entire process of auto transport.
Now that Ship A Car Direct has transported my car on time-actually delivery was a day early!- on price and with no damage, I endorse them wholeheartedly and will certainly use them again!
