Their customer service was a little lackluster and as a person who enjoys planning, I was a little frustrated when my contact person was condescending towards my inquiries. They also didn't reply to my emails, until it was something they needed, but at the end of the day, they did find a decently priced carrier who delivered my car without damage. The carrier and I had to fight through a language barrier and my car was delivered two days later than their original estimated date, but that was fine considering that I didn't need the car immediately.
