customer service through broker was great. Another broker I used initially couldn't find a driver for 5+ days, so I switched to Ship a Car Direct. Although there was a some increase in price, they found a driver for me in 1 day. Delivery by driver was 1 day later than initially estimated but overall fine experience as well.
