This is the first time I transported my car and that too from one coast to the other. I had the most fantastic experience in transporting my car through Ship a Car Direct. My agent was prompt and open about the process and did tell me that patience is the virtue. My car will be picked up by a trucking company 2-3 days before my requested date and tat is exactly what happened. The price was wee bit on the higher side, but my car was delivered unscratched, so those extra dollars were worth it. The trucker was very professional and explained me all the paper work and formalities and even told me the exact date when my car would be available. I was amazed to receive a call a day earlier that the car was a couple of hours away from its destination!!!! When I received the car it was exactly in the same condition I had shipped it. The was dust all over it, but I choose to ship it Open so I expected the dust to be there.
I am very pleased with the service and professionalism from Ship a Car Direct and will be using their services one more time to ship my other car a few months down.
