I worked with Tom from Ship A Car Direct. We played a lot of phone tag in the beginning but overall I had a very good experience once we were able to get in touch. He answered all of my questions and called/emailed whenever there was an update or more information. My car was picked up a few days after the first available date. I was not in a rush but we were originally told the driver was picking it up on a Thursday then told us he would not be there until Saturday on Wednesday night. Not a big deal because of my situation but the original day would have been nice. No problems getting the car on the truck and delivered out to me in California. My only negative was that even with it being in an enclosed transport there was a layer of dirt/dust on it that was not on the car when it was picked up. It was easy to rinse off and everything else was the way it got picked up so no harm no foul. I would use this company again for the next time I have to ship my car, thanks again!

Thanks for the positive review, Alex! You are right, while enclosed carriers can protect your vehicle from rain or hail, dust can still seep through on a cross-country transport. (Although, cars in enclosed carriers arrive far less dusty than the ones that ride on an open carrier!)
