My experience was perfectly seamless. Tom is a wealth of information. Since this was my first experience shipping a car, he answered all my many questions and concerns. He was easily reached by phone and email. The entire process was easy. I was given the cell phone number of the truck driver who I kept in touch with regarding my delivery date and time. The car arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Ship A Car Direct and would use them again if/when I have the need to move a car.
